Returns
Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a Refund, Exchange or E-Boutique credit when returned back to us within 10 days of receiving your order for all Australian orders and 15 days for International. You have 7 days to initiate a return in our portal. Refund requests are subject to a $10 process handling fee. Sale items and exchanged items qualify for exchange (conditions apply, subject to availability) or e-Boutique credit only, no refunds are issued on sale items.
