Our aim is to provide women with items they will love however we understand that your purchase may not be suitable and you may need to return your order to us. This policy applies to all purchases made online at kiannamagelaki.com

We are happy to provide you with a store credit or return. We can only accept returns on full priced items within 7 days of the delivery excluding cost of shipping. Unfortunately if your return exceeds our 7 day policy we will not be able to process your return. 

International returns will have to meet all above conditions with an extended 14 day returns period from date of shipment.

 

HOW TO LODGE A RETURN 

To ensure you will be eligible for a return, we recommend the following:

Items must Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and it’s original saleable condition. 

Items must have all original tags and sewn labels still attached and sent in the original packaging. 

We regret that we are unable to accept returns of the following items for change of mind due to hygiene reasons:

Items that are soiled or have makeup/fake tan stand, items with strong scent such as perfume and/or body odour.  

We reserve the right to reject a return should we deem the garment to breach these conditions.

We do not offer refunds after a second exchange.

Important: Provided that you have met the above terms and conditions, please email us for a copy of your return slip at enquiries@kiannamagelaki.com - We regret to inform any returns made without a returns slip  or email confirmation approving your request will not be eligible for a return and your return will not be collected from our Parcel Locker. We ONLY collect returns that have email correspondence. If your item is not collected it will be transferred to a local post office in which you will need to re-arrange a return to sender request or your parcel will be abandoned.

 

EXCHANGES
Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we cannot facilitate exchanges. If you would like to return your item for another size or style, please lodge your request for a credit note to make a new purchase.

  

SALE ITEMS
All sale or outlet items are final sale unless faulty, in which case the item will be repaired or replaced. If the item cannot be repaired and a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.  We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch with enquiries@kiannamagelaki.com if you have any questions regarding sizing.

 

CREDIT NOTES/GIFT CARDS
Please be advised that credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date given. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe an item is faulty or wrongly described, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are not impacted by the change of mind policy or limited by a defined timeframe. Please email enquiries@kiannamagelaki.com with a brief description and an image of the fault/defect. If the garment has a fault we have the right to offer a replacement or repair.  Please be advised that all garments are inspected and photographed before being posted out. 

 

 Once your return has been processed pending you have meet the above terms and conditions you will receive an email notification. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Returns using payment credit service methods such as Afterpay will have a $10 processing fee deducted from any illegible refund amount. 

Shipping costs are the customer’s sole responsibility when sending the item(s) back. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services, this ensures safe receipt of good as we cannot be held responsible for  any lost parcels.
