SHIPPING
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. You can track your parcel here.
STANDARD SHIPPING
We offer regular shipping for all Australian orders under $150 for a flat rate of $10 Orders over $150 will receive complimentary standard shipping. Please allow 4-8 business days to receive goods.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Orders that require urgent shipping can be shipped Express via Auspost at a flat rate of $15.00. Please allow 1-4 business days to receive goods. All Express orders are shipped within 24 hours via our courier. Express shipping is fully trackable.
We offer Free Express shipping on all orders over $250 within Australia.
CLIK & COLLECT
We offer free Click and Collect on all items from our Melbourne Warehouse located at 203 Rooks Road, Vermont 3133. Orders will be ready between 24-48hours for collection, you will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. Please bring along your purchase confirmation and ID upon collection to show at reception.
PO BOXES & PARCEL LOCKERS
Orders placed that require shipping to a PO Box or Parcel Locker will be shipped via Auspost.
All International orders are shipped via DHL ExpressWorldwide. Please allow 4-8 business days from the date of dispatch to receive your goods. International Express postage and handling is a flat rate of $50.00 AUD worldwide. (Prices may vary depending on your zone location.) All shipping chargers and duties & taxes charges are non refundable.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the country of delivery. These duties are charged once the order reaches its destination. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these charges in order to clear the package from customs. We are not responsible and cannot predict the cost of duties as they vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees. Unclaimed parcels will not be refunded. We do not cover the cost of Shipping/Duties & Taxes for returned shipments.
PLEASE NOTE: To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We do not provide 'return labels'. Customers must return their items for store credit or exchange at their own expense.
We endeavour to get your parcels out as soon as possible. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed.
RETURNS
Our aim is to provide women with items they will love however we understand that your purchase may not be suitable and you may need to return your order to us. This policy applies to all purchases made online at kiannamagelaki.com
By Shopping with us, you agree to the below returns policy.
We reserve the right to reject a return should we deem the return breach these conditions.
- Item(s) purchased at full price, including our 10% welcome code are eligible for a Refund, Exchange or E-Boutique Credit.
- Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery in our portal and returned back to us within 10 days of delivery.
- Refund requests that fall outside of 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstance. You may select an Exchange or E-Boutique Credit with an extended grace period of 15 days in our portal and returned back to us within 20 days of delivery.
- Exchanges will be returned at the cost of the customer, with your new order being dispatched free of charge (Australia Only) on full priced items only.
- All refund requests are subjected to a $10 processing handling fee.
- We are unable to provide a refund for change of mind outside our returns window.
- We do not provide refunds on already exchanged items.
- Return labels are not provided, returns are at the cost of the customer.
- No Refunds are issued on items purchased using a discount code greater than 10%.
- Item(s) including full price that are marked down or purchased during a promotional online sale using a discount code greater than 10% either automatically or applied are eligible for an Exchange or E-Boutique Credit only with an extended grace period.
- Exchange Or E-Boutique requests on promotional items must be initiated within 15 days of delivery in our portal and returned back to us within 20 days of delivery.
- Exchanges on promotional item(s) are subject to stock availability, if the item you have requested an exchange for is out of stock you will be automatically issued with an E-Boutique Credit.
- Exchanges on promotional items will be returned at the cost of the customer, with your new order being dispatched free of charge (Australia Only) on items valued over $100.
- Return labels are not provided, returns are at the cost of the customer.
- No Refunds are issued on sale items.
- Item(s) marked down as Sale are eligible for an Exchange or E-Boutique Credit only.
- Exchange Or E-Boutique requests on sale items must be initiated within 15 days in our portal and returned back to us within 20 days of delivery.
- Sale Exchanges are subject to stock availability, if the item you have requested an exchange for is out of stock you will be issued with an E-Boutique Credit.
- Exchange requests on Sale Item will be charged to re-shipped.
- Items(s) marked down as Final Sale cannot be returned for an Exchange or E-Boutique Credit.

- Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we can only exchange your item for another size pending stock availability.
- If you wish to exchange for another style please lodge your request for an E-Boutique Credit.
- Exchanges will be returned at the cost of the customer, with your new order being dispatched free of charge (Australia Only) on items valued over $100.
- Exchanges on items valued under $100, will be at the cost of the customer. We will send you an invoice.
- If you have requested an exchange on a Sale item and that item becomes no longer available you will automatically be issued an E-Boutique Credit.
- We do not offer refunds on exchanged items.
- E-Boutique/Gift cards for full priced item(s) are valid for 3 years from date given.
- E-Boutique/Gift cards for sale item(s) are valid for 1 years from date given.
- Once an E-Boutique credit is issued, it is not redeemable for cash and are strictly non-refundable.
- Once an E-Boutique credit is issued, you are unable to transfer the amount to another person or email.
- Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
- Standard return and exchange policies apply to all pre-orders.
- Pre-order products are subject to different delivery dates which will display on the product page. We will be in touch if there are any delays with your pre-order.
- Item(s) purchased at full price, including our 10% welcome code are eligible for a Refund, Exchange or E-Boutique Credit.

RETURNS POLICY
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and it’s original saleable condition.
- Items must have all original tags and sewn labels still attached and sent in the original packaging.
We suggest to take caution when trying on garments, as we we are unable to accept returns of the following items due to hygiene reasons:
- Items that are soiled or have makeup/fake tan.
- Items with strong scent such as perfume and/or body odour.
- Items that have been altered or adjusted.
- Item that have been washed or dry cleaned.
- Items covered in pet hair.
We reserve the right to reject a return should we deem the garment to breach these conditions.
To initiate your return via our Returns Portal CLIK HERE and follow the prompts. If your return has not been approved first via our return portal, your order will be sent back to you.
- After submitting a return request, you will receive an email notification with a Returns Authorisation Number and the Return Address for your parcel.
- Once your return is received your return will be assessed based off your returns condition and our t&c's policy.
- We do not provide return slips in your parcel, all returns are processed online via our portal.
- We arenot liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. Please use a trackable delivery method such as Express Post and keep record of your tracking number.
- You must post your return to only the delivery address we provide to you once your return is approved, orders sent to any other address will not be processed.
- You must clearly state your full name and order number on your return so we can easily identify.
Once your item(s) have been received and processed by our team you will receive an email notification. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
- Orders that are returned back to us due to an insufficient address or not collected from the post office, or refused delivery will be contacted to arrange re-delivery at the customers expense.
- Return to sender or abandoned parcels are non refundable and will be issued an E-Boutique Credit only once received back to us.
If you believe an item is faulty or wrongly described, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are not impacted by the change of mind policy or limited by a defined timeframe. Please email enquiries@kiannamagelaki.com with a brief description and an image of the fault/defect within 15 days of receiving your item. If the garment has a fault we have the right to offer a replacement or repair provided we receive your item back. Please be advised that all garments are inspected and photographed before being posted out. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn, altered or damaged via a dry cleaner.
