Express orders are shipped with Auspost and delivered within 1-3 business days.
Standard orders are shipped with Auspost and delivered within 3-5 business days.

Returns

Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a Refund, Exchange or E-Boutique credit when returned back to us within 10 days of receiving your order for all Australian orders and 15 days for International. You have 7 days to initiate a return in our portal. Sale items qualify for exchange or e-Boutique credit only, no refunds are issued on sale items. My hunt for the perfect trench coat has finally come to end! Perfect in every way possible, just loving it!

I am so in love with my trench. I purchased my original size wanting an oversized fit, when I received it I thought it was too large however after emailing customer service they actually advised me how to style the the trench correctly by tightening the sleeve buckles and tightening the back which brings the trench in for a more fitted look. I love how thick and luxurious the fabric feels, The quality is outstanding.
