Returns

Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a Refund, Exchange or E-Boutique credit when returned back to us within 10 days of receiving your order for all Australian orders and 15 days for International. You have 7 days to initiate a return in our portal. Refund requests are subject to a $10 process handling fee. Sale items and exchanged items qualify for exchange (conditions apply, subject to availability) or e-Boutique credit only, no refunds are issued on sale items. No refunds are issued on items purchased using a discount code greater than 10% you will be eligible for an exchange (subject to availability) or e-Boutique credit only. Items marked as Final Sale items or items valued under $100 are not eligible to be returned. We do not cover the cost of returns or provide returns labels.
