Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 within Australia. 

Free Express Shipping on all orders over $250 within Australia. 

• Express orders are shipped with Auspost and delivered within 1-4 business days. 
• Standard orders are shipped with Auspost and delivered within 3-8 business days.

• International order are shipped with DHL and are delivered within 4-8 business days. International duties and taxes are not included. We suggest contacting your local customs office for more information about possible duties and tax charges. 

Returns

Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a Refund, Exchange or E-Boutique credit when returned back to us within 10 days of receiving your order for all Australian orders and 15 days for International. You have 7 days to initiate a return in our portal. Refund requests are subject to a $10 process handling fee. Sale items and exchanged items qualify for exchange (conditions apply, subject to availability) or e-Boutique credit only, no refunds are issued on sale items. No refunds are issued on items purchased using a discount code greater than 10% you will be eligible for an exchange (subject to availability) or e-Boutique credit only. Items marked as Final Sale items are not eligible to be returned. Customer that purchase the Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout will be able to process free returns and have their shipping labels covered. Customers that do not purchase the coverage will be liable for return shipping costs.
