Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia. 

Free Express Shipping on all orders over $250 within Australia. 

  • Express orders are shipped with Auspost and delivered within 1-4 business days. 
  • Standard orders are shipped with Auspost and delivered within 3-8 business days.
  • Clik & Collect from Our Melbourne Warehouse available. 
  • International order are shipped with DHL and are delivered within 4-8 business days. International duties and taxes are not included. We suggest contacting your local customs office for more information about possible duties and tax charges. 

Returns

Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a Refund, Exchange or E-Boutique credit when returned back to us within 10 days of receiving your order for all Australian orders and 15 days for International. You have 7 days to initiate a return in our portal. Refund requests are subject to a $10 process handling fee. Sale items and exchanged items qualify for exchange (conditions apply) or e-Boutique credit only, no refunds are issued on sale items. No refunds are issued on items purchased using a discount code greater than 10% you will be eligible for an exchange or e-Boutique credit only. Items marked as Final Sale items are not eligible to be returned. We do not cover the cost of returns or provide returns labels.
