Free Express Shipping on all orders over $300 within Australia. 

  • Express orders are shipped with MailPlus and delivered within 1-3 business days. 
  • Standard orders are shipped with Auspost and delivered within 3-5 business days.
  • International order are shipped with DHL and are delivered within 4-8 business days. International duties and taxes are not included. We suggest contacting your local customs office for more information about possible duties and tax charges. 

Returns

Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a Refund, Exchange  or E-Boutique credit when returned back to us within 10 days of receiving your order for all Australian orders and 15 days for International. You have 7 days to initiate a return in our portal. Sale items qualify for exchange or e-Boutique credit only, no refunds are issued on sale items. We do not cover the cost of returns or provide returns labels.

    Beautiful design, very high quality and incredible customer service

    The quality and design of Kianna is extremely high. I can already tell this will last a lifetime (and will never go out of style). The girls sent my order within a few hours of me purchasing it and were so kind and helpful after my panicked email begging them to send it asap. It wasn't even an issue. I found the sizing ran quite small but to be somewhat expected from a high end designer (which Kianna very much is!). I had no end of compliments at my event. Lovely experience.

    Beautiful quality and wonderfully flattering pants!

    I always struggle to find trousers, especially online. I'm always sending things back and always disappointed. They are always different to what you imagine. I bought two pairs and intended to send one back. BUT these were just perfect, I've kept them both. The perfect size, cut, fabric and quality. I LOVE them. Just going back now to order in white!
