Returns

Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a Refund, Exchange  or E-Boutique credit when returned back to us within 10 days of receiving your order for all Australian orders and 15 days for International. Sale items qualify for exchange or e-Boutique credit only, no refunds are issued on sale items. We do not cover the cost of returns or provide returns labels.

    Quality Fabric and Workmanship

    Too many times product arrives, and it is not what you expect. NOT the case with Kianna products. Exceeded expectations! I would go 1 size up in shirts for busty girls, excellent long torso and sleave lengths, impeccably constructed. I bought every colour!
